Mobile notary service areas. We come to you.
We're a fully mobile notary team. You tell us where you are, at home, the office, a hospital room, or a care facility, and one of our California-commissioned notaries drives to you, 7 days a week.
The shaded area shows where we travel most often. On the edge of it? Just call (916) 222-2251 and we'll tell you honestly.
How our coverage works
A notary that comes to you, anywhere in Greater Sacramento.
Instead of driving to a bank or shipping store and hoping a qualified notary is on duty, you tell us where you are and one of our commissioned notaries comes to you. We cover the entire Greater Sacramento region: all of Sacramento County, the Placer County cities of Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln, and the Yolo County communities of Davis, West Sacramento, and Woodland, plus the outer reaches of El Dorado, San Joaquin, and Sutter counties by request.
Travel anywhere in our service area is a flat $50. Hospital and care-facility visits are a flat $65, and the notary fee itself is capped by California at $15 per notarized signature, so there are no surprises on the bill. Same-day and after-hours appointments are often available. If you're on the edge of the map or don't see your town listed, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get there.
County by county
Where we travel, entered in the book.
We work throughout Sacramento County and serve five neighboring counties as well. Here is the region in full, from our home base out to the communities we reach by request.
Our home county and the bulk of our same-day work, from downtown and Midtown out to Elk Grove, Natomas, the Pocket, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, and Folsom. The cities below are a sample — we cover the whole county.
North and east along I-80. Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, and Loomis are the ones we see most, including the Sutter Roseville and Kaiser Roseville hospital areas, and we cover the rest of Placer County too, Auburn included. Don't see your town? Call and ask.
Davis, West Sacramento, and Woodland are our regular stops, including the UC Davis campus and the West Sacramento business parks, and we cover the rest of Yolo County as well. Don't see your town? Call and ask.
El Dorado Hills (95762) sits right next to Folsom and is in our standard service area at the standard travel fee. Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, and the foothills are farther out, so call ahead to confirm we can get there. The travel fee is the same flat $50.

Hospitals & care communities
We also come where you can't leave.
People who can't travel at all still need a notary. Our notaries go to the bedside and to senior living communities anywhere in these counties, 7 days a week.

Hospitals & senior care, at the bedside
Patients and families often need an urgent power of attorney, healthcare directive, or estate document and simply can't wait. We travel directly to hospital rooms and to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities across the region. Facility visits carry a flat $65 travel fee, same-day whenever possible.
Not sure if we cover your area?
Just call or text. If you're within a reasonable distance of Sacramento, we'll do our best to get to you, and we'll quote the travel fee up front before you commit to anything.
Call or Text(916) 222-2251Service area questions
The questions we hear most.
How much do you charge to travel to me?
Travel anywhere in our service area is a flat $50, plus the state-capped $15 per notarized signature. Visits to hospitals, nursing homes, and senior care facilities are a flat $65 because of the extra time and access involved. We'll always tell you the full amount before we head out, with no hidden fees.
How far will you travel?
We serve cities throughout Sacramento County, plus Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln in Placer County and Davis, West Sacramento, and Woodland in Yolo County. We also travel to El Dorado, San Joaquin, and Sutter county communities by request. If you're farther out, call (916) 222-2251 and we'll tell you whether we can make it. The travel fee is the same flat $50.
Do you offer same-day or after-hours appointments?
Yes. We work 7 days a week, including Sundays, from 8am to 10pm, so you are not limited to bank or shipping-store hours. Same-day availability varies by day, so call or text (916) 222-2251 as early as you can.
Does the appointment have to be at my home?
Not at all. We meet clients wherever is easiest: homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, coffee shops, libraries, and banks. As long as the signer has a valid photo ID and is signing willingly, we can complete the notarization on-site, and we bring everything needed to finish the appointment.
What if I'm just outside your service area?
Just ask. The shaded map shows where we travel most often, but we'll consider appointments beyond it for the right situation. Call or text (916) 222-2251 with your location and we'll give you an honest answer on availability and the travel fee before you commit to anything.
