Patient and visitor parking is in Parking Structure 3, entered at the corner of Stockton Boulevard and X Street, right next to the hospital's main entrance. The lower level and levels 1 through 3 are the patient and visitor levels. Parking is charged by the half-hour with a daily maximum, and there are pay kiosks near the elevators.
If you came in through the emergency department, UC Davis Health offers complimentary valet for emergency patients for the length of the stay, as long as Guest Relations validates it. Parking Structure 2 on Y Street serves the Ellison Ambulatory Care Center if your appointment is on that side of the campus.
Rates, entrances and visiting hours do change, so it is worth a quick call to the hospital if you are planning ahead. You do not need to arrange our visit with anyone at UC Davis first; just tell us the floor and room and we will take it from there.

The patient will need a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a California driver's license, passport, or state ID. If the patient's ID is unavailable due to the circumstances of admission, call us and we'll discuss options, including credible witness procedures under California law.
The documents to be notarized should be unsigned at the time of the notary's arrival. Some notarizations require the signature to be made in front of the notary. Your attorney or estate planner may also wish to coordinate timing with our visit.
